Run ModemManager in debug mode

Hi,
    After board boots we are changing the ModeManger.service as
(ExecStart=/usr/sbin/ModemManager
--debug)
but that is not good practice.

    How We can run ModemManager in debug mode while compiling yocto image
itself ?
    build platform = yocto
