Let's confirm whether the modem supports them or not; Jeff can you run
the following commands in the MC7455?

$ qmicli -d /dev/cdc-wdm0 -p --uim-get-slot-status
$ qmicli -d /dev/cdc-wdm0 -p --uim-get-card-status
$ mbimcli -d /dev/cdc-wdm0 -p --ms-query-device-slot-mappings
