Removing CDMA/EVDO support?

Two points I should have made clear:

a) 1.24 will continue to support CDMA/EVDO for its lifetime

b) ModemManager tries extremely hard not to break API/ABI; so even if
we did this the D-Bus API and shared library/header API will remain
backwards compatible. Simply that modems would no longer expose
MM_MODEM_CAPABILITY_CDMA_EVDO and CDMA/EVDO-related API functions would
return errors.
