[Networkmanager] dns-mgr occasionally writes resolv.conf in the wrong order

Just realized that this was wrong and that there is a 1.42.6 release
(after noticing that I'm now running "1.42.7").

But the 1.42.6 tag seems to be missing from
git://anongit.freedesktop.org/NetworkManager/NetworkManager.git for some
reason.  Or is that just me?
