Hi everyone!

A new version of libnice is now available : version 0.0.4!

Here are the main changes :
- - Fix compilation for 64bits systems
- - Revert the use of netbuffer in the gstreamer elements
- - Added support for pseudossl-tcp TURN relay for Google
- - Added support for SOCKS5 proxy servers for TCP relaying
- - Bug fixes and code cleaning

Note that the API changed slightly (still compatible), since I had to
add the "proxy-*" properties to the NiceAgent so you can set the proxy
settings.
