Hi,

Welcome to the libnice world!

Using libnice isn't that difficult, read the libnice documentation here :
http://nice.freedesktop.org/libnice/
And in the documentation for "NiceAgent", there is a very simple example on the 
procedure to follow.

If you want a fully working example, read this thread from this mailing list :
http://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/nice/2011-January/000404.html
Don't forget to read my answers on the thread to see how that example got fixed, 
it will help you understand how it works and what needs to be done to make it 
work correctly.
