[Nice] Pending release

Hi everyone,

Since there's been a lot of activity recently and I've received many
contributions to libnice from this mailing list, I've been holding off on making
a release until it stabilizes.
Since I haven't received any new patches recently, I think it's time to make a
release with all the great fixes that were applied recently.
If someone still has pending patches that they'd want to include in the next
release, please send them now. I will be making a new release next Monday.
