[Nouveau] [PATCH] drm/nouveau/gr/gf100: Log info message when loading external firmware

A ton of stuff that used to be in the regular info output has gotten
removed in v4.3, this among them. Not sure if there was any rhyme or
reason to it. I'm definitely in favor of re-adding stuff, at the very
least at the debug level.
