Sorry, problem with setup. I tried to use an HDMI switch to connect my 
monitor between two computers on my desk while debugging. I forgot about 
the peripheral emulation feature provided by KVMs, not provided bu a 
switch. So I have ordered a 2 port KVM to replace the switch.
