[ooo-build] How to set location of dictionary files

Issue was reported to openoffice.org bugzille as suggested, see:
http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=104133
However according to Caolán it was hardcoded by him. That is by a member
of the OOo team? It would be rather more convenient to report it to
go-oo own bugzilla? But is there such? I can see only Novell bugzilla link.

Yes I understand, but quickly solving does not meant to skip at least
starting a parallel discussion on this issue.
Thank you for all the other explanations. It was very helpful. It should
be documented somewhere. OOo wiki and help are all about dictionaries as
extensions. For informations about external (ie shared) directories you
have to undertake a detective style approach.
