[ooo-build] How to set location of dictionary files

This will become wrong in the future, scribus uses the same dicts
and when they will get ficed to actually use those from the system...
/usr/share/hunspell
/usr/share/hyphen
therefore is a given, one can argue about the thesauri, what I'll
do for Debian is /usr/share/mythes, because of lib*mythes* analogous
to lib*hyphen* and lib*hunspell*.

True, but then again vanilla OOo is not built with those options on at all.
