[ooo-build] ANNOUNCE: ooo-build-3.1.0.99.3 released (3.1.1-beta3)

I am happy to announce the 3.1.1-beta3 release of ooo-build master. You might 
find it at

As usual, please, provide test builds for your beta testers and report bugs 
into bugzilla.novell.com for the product "OpenOffice.org".


Upcoming deadlines (*)
----------------------

Tue, Aug  25    3.1.1-rc1 (**) release (only critical fixes and well tested
                fixes are accepted into the branch)

(*) The date might be shifted by one day or so because we depend on the
    upstream sources
(**) We will do more RCs if necessary


Status of branches and plans:
-----------------------------

	+ master:
		+ not buildable right now :-(
		+ being updated for dev300-m54; not easy and takes time
		+ feature freeze for OOo-3.2 in the middle of October
		+ 3.2-alpha1 release within next few weeks
		+ more detailed schedule for OOo-3.2 will be available later  

	+ ooo-build-3-1-1 (rc phase):
		+ stable branch for OOo-3.1-1 release
		+ only save and critical fixes are allowed in the common sections
		+ RC1 release on August 25
		+ more RCs if needed; depends also on the upstream status

        + ooo-build-3-1 (maintenance mode):
		+ should stay stable, please commit only critical and well tested fixes
                  for potential maintenance update
		+ support ooo310-m11 (3.1-final)
		+ the last release is at
                  http://download.go-oo.org/OOO310/ooo-build-3.1.0.6.tar.gz
		+ I would do more releases on request if a critical bug is fixed later
