Yes, the latter :-)  Go-oo are the builds of ooo-build.

It is sad, but bugs happen :-(  Ideally - if you are a programmer - come to 
this mailing list, or to the #go-oo IRC channel on irc.freenode.net, and we 
will help you to fix that.  If you are not, the best way is to report the bug 
(currenty we are using http://bugzilla.novell.com), and be ready to answer 
further questions that may arise when fixing the problem.
