[ooo-build] Opening documents with URL requires credentials

I'm trying different cases in order to understand if there are some
relations with file formats.

As soon as the picture is almost complete I'll submit the issue.

Anyway I confirm that the Go-OOo 3.0.1 doesn't ask any password while
3.1 it does.
