[ooo-build] Opening documents with URL requires credentials

it seems that Go-OOo 3.1 assume the URL like a webdav URL by default
while it is a simple http URL.

In fact Go OOo 3.0.1 at ctrl-click it simply downloads the file in a
temporary directory and opens it.
