[ooo-build] Change in dictionary to new release of go-oo

Hello,

When I install go-oo languaje pack to spanish, install the extensión 
"Built-in spelling and hyperenation dictionaries and thesaurius", or 
dict-bundle.oxt

I create a dictionary for OOo to Mexico since 2001, and is a extension 
since 2008.

Who is the person to talk about the extensión?

dict-bundel.oxt take the dictionary of Spain and create a link to all 
latinamerica countris. I am mexican, no spanish.
