[ooo-build] Updated Universal linux build for i586 and x86_64

Hello,

A careful QA of our packages of GoOo 3.1.1 showed that we were not
packaging libpixman-1.so.0 library that is needed by libcairo.so.3 when
the internal cairo is used. This could cause on certain systems either
non-working cairo canvas or even a non-starting OOo (after a splash ...
nothing).

We rebuilt with a fix and updated
http://go-oo.mirrorbrain.org/stable/linux-i586/3.1.1/ooobasis3.1-core01-3.1.1-9420.i586.rpm
or
http://go-oo.mirrorbrain.org/stable/linux-x86_64/3.1.1/ooobasis3.1-core01-3.1.1-9420.x86_64.rpm
should be used.
