[ooo-build] Available language modules list is emty for me

Urrrrrrrrrgh, I forgot to add one more configure option --with-system-dicts. 
It was hidden in the configure.in code. Why on earth, it is so complicated 
and we need five options to enable this :-(((

--with-system-dicts
--without-myspell-dicts
--with-external-dict-dir=/usr/share/hunspell
--with-external-hyph-dir=/usr/share/hyphen
--with-external-thes-dir=/usr/share/mythes

I do not build the Go-oo myself, it was not easy to check it immediately and I 
forgot to check it in the final 3.1.1 build :-(

I am afraid that you would need to use the dictionaries from extensions until 
OOo-3.2. I am really sorry for this mistake and inconvenience.

Fridrich, could you please note it somewhere and double check it after you 
build Go-oo-3.2 for Linux? We need to make sure that it works there.
