[ooo-build] Error in OOo translation to spanish.

Is anyone on the list familiar with how we deal with fixing translation
errors in ooo-build?

The sticky part I'm concerned about is the fact that all translations
now live in the l10n repository, and that the l10n repo doesn't get
unpacked when the build only specifies English (unless I'm wrong on
this), hence the patch apply fails if we try to fix it via a patch.

Anyone with more insight?
