[ooo-build] REMINDER: Release 3.2.1-beta1 from ooo-build master

Hi,

I would like to release ooo-build master on Thursday, March 11, at 
about 16:00pm UTC.

It will be 3.2.1-beta1 and feature freeze. Only bug fixes will be allowed from 
that point in the common sections.

Upcoming deadlines

The upstream 3.2.1 schedule is still somehow unclear, see 
http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/OOoRelease321. We expect the release 
by the end of April. Here is proposal for ooo-build:

Thu, Mar 11	3.2.1-beta1 release (feature freeze)
Thu, Mar 25     3.2.1-beta2 release
Thu, Apr 08     3.2.1-beta3 release
Thu, Apr 22     3.2.1-rc1 release (only critical and save bugfixes allowed
                                   after this point)

Note that the plan might change. We need to synchronize it with the 
upstream, ...
