Eh, they exchanged the sources without notice?

I don't see how it shouzld be solved on my end, I can (and will) assume the tarballs
there won't change. And for me, they won't change. (And I want that patch for
Debian)

Yeah, they should not re-do tarballs for already released stuff. I knew they wanted
to re-spin the es builds, but I wasn't aware that they also changed the source tarball...

I *think* our git is still without that patch so ooo-builds tarballs should work;
nevertheless we should probably add a check for fix it somewhow else.

Just disable the patch in your build for now....

(And yes, on m13 it will be no issue as the patch is marked < ooo320-m13)
