[ooo-build] Outdated Turkinsh localization was Re: localization german not complete

I am sorry for the late response. I wanted to look at it but my TODO list was 
too full with other urgent things last days.

Okay, the whole definition is important, see also

=> we need to search the Turkish localization in the OOo sources 
l10n/source/tr/localize.sdf via the string "RB_PAGE1_OPEN", see also 
http://hg.services.openoffice.org/OOO320/file/177a14be36c2/l10n/source/tr/localize.sdf

The string ID "RB_PAGE1_OPEN" is referenced in 
helpcontent2\source\text\shared\autopi\01050100.xhp but the translation for 
sd/source/ui/dlg/dlgass.src is missing in the localize.sdf file.

It means that the localize.sdf is outdated in OOo sources and should get 
updated from Pootle.

Görkem Çetin or Rail Aliev might know when the update is planed. They seem to 
be responsible for the Turkish localization according to 
http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Languages

If they do not answer this mail, I suggest to report this problem into the 
upstream issuezilla. I am sorry, I do not know how to extract the strings 
from the upstream Pootle server.
