I suggest to use http://download.go-oo.org/OOO320/ooo-build-3.2.0.8.tar.gz or 
the last checkout from the ooo-build-3-2 branch for your build.

There have been fixed many KDE4-related bugs between OOo-3.1.1 and 3.2.
In each case, Roman is expert on the KDE4-related bugs.
