[ooo-build] How can I use quickstart tool without libvclplug_gtkli.so?

Hi all~!

This is my first mail in this mailing list~

I have got a problem with quickstart tool. I'd like to use this applet
without gtk-vclplug on the whole office.
And I think quickstart tool is a independent gtk applet which can be extract
from vcl. But I can not start it
without libvclplug_gtkli.so(built in vcl module).
What should I do to extract this applet?
