[ooo-build] REMINDER: Release 3.2.1-rc1 from ooo-build master + branch ooo-build-3-2-1

Hi,

I would like to release ooo-build master on Wednesday, May 12, at 
about 13:00pm UTC.

It will be 3.2.1-rc1. Please commit only bug fixes to the common 
sections.

I am going to create ooo-build-3-2-1 branch at the same time. We will then 
slowly update master for DEV300 and open it for the 3.3 development.

Upcoming deadlines

We will do more release candidates on demand. I will send reminders before 
each release.



BTW: master already supports ooo320-m17 which is the upstream rc1. I wait 2 
days with the release to give everybody chance to play with it and fix 
potential regressions that appeared. Upstream added many changes. For 
example, they renamed the oracle-report-builder extension once again. The new 
and hopefully final name is report-builds ;-/
