[Openchrome-devel] ifdef cleanup

Hi,

I have reworked the rest of the patch from Xavier Bachelot (who deserves
the credit) against svn revision 725, removing USE_FB,
X_HAVE_AXAAGETROP, X_NEED_I2CSTART, X_USE_LINEARFB, and
X_USE_REGION_NULL.

My patch for this is attached.
