OK. I might fire up an old C3 at some point to test performance.
There are a number of tweaked parameters that may affect performance on 
C3s, particularly if the
app is CPU-bound (hitting max CPU).

Compiz is still not supported since copySubBuffers and texture rectangle 
is not implemented yet.
