[Openchrome-devel] vt1625 patch

Hi Tim,

i use the Board EX15000 and the most important thing is to not use the bios mode TV+DVI. The board
is not working with this setting, CRT+TV works much better. After this change i got it working, it's
not perfect but the output is ok.

On the TV it's flickering if i go across the amplifier, the projector is working across the
amplifier, on both are black borders around the output, i didn't find a solution to get rid of it.
