[Openchrome-devel] [Vv]ia -> VIA for functions patch for trunk

Hi,

The attached patch should change all functions that begin with Via or 
via to begin with VIA. It was prepared using the assumption that all 
functions are declared in the form:

type specifiers
function-name(...){
}

Which provided the regex to identify all the functions.

Trunk builds for me with it applied, though it probably wants more testing.
