[Openchrome-devel] Unified panel dimension variables.

Hello.I removed two old variables:
pBIOSInfo->panelX
pBIOSInfo->panelY

and replaced it by:
pBIOSInfo->Panel->NativeMode->Width
pBIOSInfo->Panel->NativeMode->Height


This two the same variables causes many troubles (see
http://www.openchrome.org/trac/changeset/776),
and I also found potential bug in via_swov.c (please examine the patch).
This patch resolve this potential bug.
