@ Benno -- yes, that xorg.conf is the initial one provided at first bootup
after install, or if you instruct Puppy to boot ignoring 'savefile' or
'savefolder' (persistence).

If you and/or Xavier and/or Kevin want to suggest how I might properly modify
it to maximize chances of getting a display -- I will do so in testing the new
driver.
