One should have in mind that the current limitations on memory stride in the driver is that it must be 32 byte-aligned. That means that while you'd probably be able to get 1368 at 16bpp output, your virtual screen would be 1376. At 24bpp it would work, I guess, with a suitable modeline.

If S-video->SCART would work at 1368x768 native depends on the resolutions the TV-encoder supports. Currently not I think. Presumably with Ivor's 720x576 resolution ideas, though.
