I don't quite understand either option. :)
This is a liveCD? or an install CD? is it a live CD that unpacks a load of 
RPMS to get up and running?
If this is a live cd don't you already have an installed set of kernels on the 
disc that you just choose between at boottime? don't you just need to set 
them up with whatever drm you decide on?
