My long silence on the subject meant that I was going through kernel rpm
rebuild hell.

Well I finally have an VIAC3_2 specific kernel rpm and installed it
and... it works. There are a couple of errors printed during boot about
some feature that is unavailable but it runs.

I compiled in the vt1211 patch and ta da!!!! Happy Xavier?
