 I am encountering the same issue when using svideo0 on my CN400-based Epia
 SP13000. It occurs when using the via driver only (works fine in vesa
 mode) with no default modelines (otherwise when I use standard ntsc
 modelines I get a completely garbled display with repeated flickering -
 looks like bad sync).

 If someone finds a resolution to this issue it would be great to see a
 sample XF86Config-4 as well!

 I'm willing to help and available to test patches as well.
