 I copied'n'pasted the appropriate segments of xf86-video-unichrome version
 0.2.5; this adds the capability for generating arbitrary clocks on CLE266
 and KM400, and removes the dependency on the table. The table's still
 there at the moment, and my patch logs whether the generated PLL setting
 matched the table, but it always uses the generated setting.
