[Openchrome-users] trac breakage.

OK trac's slightly broken, something seemed to have got corrupted after 
the last upgrade (as can be seen by the large ticket number of the last 
sumbitted ticket) and timeline broke and a few other things....

so for now I've had to rollback to the backup db which is a couple of 
days old... and re-upgrade. Everything seems fine but the data is 
missing the last two days.

When I have time (over lunch) I'll re-apply the edits that have been 
made since.
So just a warning for you if you see something that's gone missing, 
that's why.
