Try setting

Option "VideoRam" "8192"


But beware that 8192 kB of videoram might be too little to run XvMC 
accelerated video, since Xine will use at least 6MB to store the video 
frames of a 720x576 video.
720 x 756 x 1.5 x (xine_frames+3).

xine_frames is normally 8, but if the xine option xvmc_more_frames is 
used to improve playback smoothness it will be 15.

I recommend using at least 16MB of video RAM if using XvMC playback. Why 
on earth try to save money on RAM nowadays?
