Ah, okay.  With revision 189 the error is gone.  And all works fine.

There was also a small update to the drm, but you forgot to bump the 
revision number?  As it is still at 2.10.1:

# dmesg | grep drm
[drm] Initialized drm 1.0.1 20051102
[drm] Initialized via 2.10.1 20060615 on minor 0:
[drm] Used old pci detect: framebuffer loaded
