[Openchrome-users] how to make the mplayer vidix driver work with cn400 (off-topic?)

Dear All,

I am using with my epiasp board the geexbox multimedia distribution
based on mplayer that is working in framebuffer mode (no xorg/xfree)
since it aims at a very small footprint.

With my former epia mobos I was using the unichrome_vid and it was
working good with the cle266 but it doesn't recognize the cn400.

With my LCD tv with vga input I have to use 1360x768 resolution which
is only supported as a vesa mode (modes 184 32bpp and 16d 16bpp) with
the epiasp (cn400) and not epiam (restricted to 1368x768 with modes
900/877).

Enough of background, here is my question: does anyone have been working
on the unichrome_vid outdated mplayer driver or have an indication of
the adaptation that are required?
