[Openchrome-users] VT1625 PAL Modes

Hi,

Myself and someone else posted some patches to add _some_PAL TV out modes
a couple of months ago, search the list archive.

Sorry, I don't have a chance to dig around for them right now.

I ported over a couple of the register sets from the via driver, it
seemed to work quite well.
