[Openchrome-users] VGA -> RGB on VIA hardware?

People have successfully managed to convert the VGA (RGBHV) to RGB on a ATI
card with the help of a program called Powerstip. It this possible on with
the openchrome drivers? If not, is it hardware or driver related?
