O.k Followed your guidance. Here are the results. 
Runlevel 1 loaded the modules in order no issues in dmesg.
Checked modules loaded using normal run level and got in loading order(in reference to what we're talking about) DRM(1.0.1 20051102), via-agp, amd64-agp, agpgart (0.101)
Any ideas from here?
Debian testing 2.6.16
