This turned out to be a problem caused by the switch from
XORG_VERSION_MAJOR  = 7, to XORG_VERSION_MAJOR 1.  We have removed the
old logic and are using the proper include files. This problem should
be fixed in both trunk and the experimental branch. Thanks.

If you are running xorg-x11-server 1.3.0 you will also need to apply
this patch
http://www.hekanetworks.com/~jnettlet/xserver-1.3.0-xv-minimize-crash.patch

This backs out a patch that was committed that will cause the X server
to segfault if you minimize an Xvideo window.
