[Openchrome-users] CN700 locks

Its a known to users issue. However I didn't see any opened bug for
this problem and no answers from openChrome developers. The problem
was mentioned in openchrome-users mailing list multiple times:

and later, as you can see in archives. No solution except the one with
"EnableAGPDMA" found in mailing lists.

AFAIK, there's no freely available datasheet for VIA cards. There were
some talks about opening VIA IGP's specs to some developers under NDA,
but it seems that it were just words.
