The memory memcopy timings are indeed slow. Are you actually using 
DDR200  or does your memory type not get detected properly ? What does 
the BIOS says about memory type ? Sometime the bios itself sees the 
memory type differently than the actual hardware (on one of my machine 
DDR400 is reported as DDR266 by the bios, and thus by the driver).
