no, sorry for fuzzy meaning. I'm the Fedora/EPEL openchrome maintainer. 
I've kept openchrome fairly current in the Fedora branches, but EPEL is 
lagging behind. I think it's time to push a newer version, based on the 
current F9 version, to EPEL 5.
