Maybe I'm missing something, but I got the source from:
http://www.viaarena.com/Driver/cle266cn400cn-cx700cn800xorg40072-kernel-src_20071213d.rar

Once extracted:
$ cd CLE266CN400CN-CX700CN800XORG40072-kernel-src_20071213d/src/via

And then all files in there (to the exception of 1 or 2 on the 50 or
so in there) start with:

I can't find any external references in the above. What am I missing?
