[Openchrome-users] Help - VN896 with Ubuntu 8.04 and Clevo M660SE

Hi There,

I've followed these instructions
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/OpenChrome for compiling and
installing and I'm still having
trouble getting glxgears going.

I would attach Xorg.log and xorg.conf but mailman bounces my e-mail.

xorg.conf has pretty much nothing in it. possibly relevant lines from
Xorg.0.log are:

Any ideas?

Glxgears takes about 5 seconds to open, I get a black screen then it core dumps:
