That's a shame. Presumably someone working on the project has had sight
of these documents at some stage. Was there a condition of that release
that the source code couldn't include descriptions of the registers? I
had been hoping to find comments in the source, but no luck.

Or is the trick to set up modes under Windows, and read out the values
from the registers? Ah... that would explain the fixed set of modes.
